In order to be highly effective, I believe that talent and working hard are not enough, one should also go for his own dreams. It took me some time to find out how to pursue my dreams in the real world. I was a student at the “Iranian Center for Education of Exceptional Talents” high school and I started learning C++ programming there.
Then, I started my BS.c. in Solid State Physics at Bu-Ali Sina University (BASU). In the first two years, I faced some unexpected financial and family problems, and as a result, I had to work all day so I refused most of my courses. Eventually, I contacted Dr. Feridoun Samavat who helped me solve some of my problems and focused again on my education journey. We started some projects in different areas of physics. Towards the end of my BS.c. , I wanted to register my ideas and establish a scientific-based company with the help of Dr. Samavat, but we gave up due to various problems. One of our projects is Bio Solar Cell which I take as my BS.c. thesis. This project aims to produce and develop a cell for cyanobacteria and extract electrons from this cell. However, lack of financial aid and new technical setups in Iran caused sufficient review.
After that, I hold a master's degree in Soft Condensed Matter Physics from the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS), Zanjan, Iran, which is one of the best universities in Iran in the field of physics. I started my master's project with Prof. Ali Najafi on the theoretical purpose of “The Forces in Odd Fluids”, and we published a conference paper on The Force Dipole in Odd Fluids. My master's thesis project is about the study of active matter in non-equilibrium, which breaks time-reversal symmetry and could have an odd viscosity. In my thesis, I calculated the effects of point and dipole forces in such 3-dimensional odd fluids. I came in second out of 21 students in the Condensed Matter with a GPA of 18.35 out of 20 (4 out of 4 US grading system) points. At this university, I learned Python, and my programming skills were significantly improved, in the computational physics class, I got a score of 19.75 out of 20. I graduated in the field of Condensed Matter Physics with a Master’s Degree in January 2023.
After my defense, I started a new position as a research assistant at IASBS. I was working on two different projects: a simulation of micro-bubble trajectory in a micro-channel with Dr. Ali‑Reza Moradi, and a collaborative project with the chemistry department and Optic group to make odd fluid in the lab.
Throughout my journey, starting from the age of 14, honing my programming skills has always been one of my priorities.
