Currently, I am involved in two major roles in the department: Research and Teaching Assistant (RA/TA). As an RA, I have taken on diverse research activities beyond what I had previously experienced during my
undergraduate program, including drafting material for grant proposals and supervising first-year
students for their research seminar, from which I learned how to effectively secure industrial projects
and manage junior students. As a TA, I find great satisfaction in exploring new methods for encouraging
students to engage more in the course.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Arak University of Technology (AUT). Joining the Structural Dynamics and Vibration Lab (SDV) in the fourth year was a turning point in my academic journey, which sparked my passion for research. This newfound enthusiasm not only enabled me to achieve excellent marks in my final-year courses but also led me to publish a paper in a peer-reviewed journal.
what has always driven me forward is not my understanding of my
strengths, but my weaknesses. Being aware of my shortcomings has always been a clue for me and has
encouraged me to pursue the person I aspire to be and to acquire the skills I should have.
Being RA and TA, solidified my passion for becoming a university professor in the future. the vision of becoming a teacher who fosters a learning culture in his classes has been too vivid and inspiring for me, which led me to consistently read the books of a world-famous organizational psychologist, Professor Adam Grant, during the last two years.
