I'm Ali Sheikhbeglou as an engineer who work together with different petrochemical & Holding companies, CEOs, executive managers. I'm 47 years old, married and have two children. I have worked as a safety expert, head of environment, HSE manager, production manager and project manager in different petrochemical companies during the last 21 years. But what has made me successful is knowing the petrochemical processes, analyzing the problems that have happened to the companies, knowing the ways out of the problems, creating interaction between the employees, teamwork, monitoring the processes of the organization, prevention and perseverance in achieving the goals of the organization. and targeted production in organizations. Also, I have experience in the fields of HSE management and project management of plans under construction. During my working career, I have succeeded to receive many letters of appreciation from various organizations and managers. I have completed a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in environmental engineering. During my working career, I have gone through various trainings to use in my work experience, also I have tried to use the experiences of my managers and colleagues to make the least mistakes in my responsibilities.
