Alireza Zanjani

I am a dedicated professional with an MSc in Identification and Selection of Engineering Materials. I have gained valuable experience in the steel industry, specifically in producing steel ingots from scraps and sponge iron using induction furnaces. Additionally, I have worked as an inspector and supervisor in the quality control department of a commercial company, where I became proficient in inspecting various piping materials and adhering to international inspection standards. Currently, I am employed as an Engineering Expert in the Coating and Finishing Operations Factory at PARTO Company (MAPNA). In this role, I specialize in thermal spraying methods and welding of gas turbine blades and vanes. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my expertise in managing quality control as a QC Manager in the Piping and Inspection Department of Petro Tajhiz Falat Parsian. I am highly skilled in inspecting fittings, pipelines, valves, and stud bolts, and possess excellent negotiation abilities to ensure compliance with international standards. During my time at Shahid Beheshti University, where I completed my Master of Science degree in Identification and Selection of Materials, I conducted research on fabrication techniques for ceramic structures and silicon carbide porous foam. Moreover, I have acquired industry-recognized certifications, including ASNT NDT Level II in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Visual and Optical Testing (VT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), and Radiographic Testing Interpretation (RTI)
