A PhD holder in textile engineering with research background on melt-spinning polymers and wool fibers and their surface modification. I have studied and worked at the same time and my long term goals are to keep improving my skills, broaden my knowledge in a wide range of areas related to the textile industry and the advancement and development of textile products. In addition, I want to achieve a higher level of competence and knowledge in the field of synthetic fiber production and modification and production of high-tech technical fibers and yarns to become an expert in all aspects of fiber production and application. As well as that, I wish to gain valuable experiences in any organization through continuous learning, hard work, team play and creativity. Here are some highlights from my bio: • Project manager of various industrial projects on melt-spinning. • High-skilled engineer with more than 10 years of diversified experience in polymer processing & characterization, fiber melt-spinning and textile toward new product development, quality improvement, and cost reduction. • Experienced in industrial and academia project execution and management. • Practical experience on characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, FTIR, TGA, DSC, XRD etc. • Self-motivated and team player with leadership skills within multicultural environments, able to set long term goals and meet them. • Manager of various industrial projects in the field of antibacterial carpet thread production. • Carrying out various academic projects in the field of various applications of nanomaterials in the textile industry to produce superhydrophobic, superhydrophilic, antibacterial, self-cleaning, fireproof, etc. products.
