Almost three years working as a process engineer in Karoon Phosphate Complex (KPC) was fantastic for me. Many hours hard working and collaborating with engineers of different field have taught me a lot. It was the best place for me to implement my knowledge in a practical atmosphere and work on many troubleshooting projects which are inseparable parts of process engineering. As the willingness to learn is a choice, working as a process engineer has taught me how to choose to learn from previous mistakes. All process engineers know that you always face a new challenge in real industrial plants; so, working at KPC has taught me to choose to be a full-time learner.
