I am an accomplished chemical and polymer engineer with a proven track record of excellence in research, development, and sales within the polymer industry. With a Master's degree in Chemical & Polymer Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Tehran, Iran, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Semnan, I have demonstrated a keen understanding of complex engineering principles and their practical applications. My research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of advanced polymer compounds, particularly in the areas of conductive polymers and polymer composites. Notably, my work on the synthesis of conductive polyaniline/MWCNT composites has been published in the prestigious Journal of Thermoplastic Composite Materials. In my role as R&D manager at Nirumand Polymer Pras Co., I lead a team of professionals in developing innovative polymer products, managing projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Her expertise extends to setting up production lines, formulating new compounds, and optimizing production processes to meet client requirements and enhance product quality. With extensive experience in sales and client relations, I have a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
