My name is Hossein Jabbari, and I hold an M.Sc. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. My research interests primarily revolve around Fluid Mechanics and Dynamics, Aerodynamics, Renewable Energy, Experimental tests, Aeroacoustics, and Energy harvesting. Throughout my academic journey, I have actively engaged in research activities, resulting in several notable accomplishments.
With the help of my ex-supervisor and advisor, we have published three articles published in journals with Q1 and Q2 indexes, showcasing the significance of my research contributions. Additionally, I have presented four research papers at international conferences and published two articles in domestic scientific journals. I am currently awaiting the review process for two articles that delve into the topic of active flow control, specifically focusing on piezoelectric (FSI) and sweeping jet techniques.
For my M.Sc. thesis, I am conducting a numerical study on flow control affected by roughness elements on the protuberances wing. This research is being carried out under the supervision of Prof. M.H. Javareshkian, who holds a Ph.D. in computational fluid dynamics and aerodynamics from the Imperial College of Science and Technology. Notably, I achieved the second rank among all graduating students in the field.
To complement my academic endeavors, I have developed expertise in various professional software, including ANSYS, Gambit, Openfoam, Solidworks, Matlab, Python, Tecplot, and CFD post. Proficiency in these tools has enabled me to analyze and simulate complex engineering problems effectively.
I am committed to furthering my knowledge and skills in aerospace engineering, and I am eager to contribute to civilian cutting-edge research and innovation in the field.
