My name is Reza Bayat, a mechanical engineering master’s graduate from the K.N. Toosi University of Technology, Iran (ranked #276 globally in Eng. by USNews) with a GPA of 3.47/4 (among the top 3 students).
My expertise has focused on composites, vibration of continuous Systems, finite element analyses, and smart materials.
After graduation, I have spent almost eight years in the industry as a design and simulation engineer and project manager, but the thirst for being a high-level researcher in my field and also using my skills to solve last-long human problems has put me on this journey to get my Ph.D.
