I am a civil engineer with eighteen years of experience in different positions. I am a graduate of transportation and traffic master's degree and project management master's degree. I have passed complete and different project management courses at Columbia University and Virginia University. In this regard, I am fully familiar with and proficient in Problem Solving, Change Management, Procurement, Budgets, Scheduling, Construction Management, Construction Estimating, etc. I am familiar with road construction projects, Concrete and metal structures and Underground excavations and tunneling projects, in connection with which I have performed duties in various positions of head of the technical office, construction management and project management. Regarding my personal spirit, I must say that I have great ability to do teamwork and communicate with people around colleagues. I am always curious and interested in learning new things.
