I have completed my Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Saeed Raza Khodashenas and Dr. Ali Naghi Ziaei (Assistant Professor) at the Department of Water Science and Engineering at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran and Dr. Raziyeh Farmani (Associate Professor) at the Water Engineering and industrial Fellow program of the Royal Academy of Engineering at the Centre for Water Systems at University of Exeter in 2020. My area of research interest is resilience analysis and modeling of cascading failures in water distribution systems. In this research, I developed a MATLAB computer program based on the implementation of the global resilience analysis method for pipe failure. I have excellent software programming skills in MATLAB and Python. Presently, I am working as an Assistant Professor pursuing in the Department of Civil Engineering at Atrak Institute of Higher Education and as an adjunct Professor at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. I teach hydraulics, water distribution networks, and water resources planning and management. I was ranked first based on student teaching evaluation in the Design of water supply networks during the Spring 2021 semester at Ferdowsi University, Mashhad-Iran. Additionally, I have 12 years of experience working as an engineer at Toossab Consulting Engineers Company, where I currently hold a project manager position. At Toossab Consulting Engineers Company, I work as a hydraulics engineer and study the water distribution networks and transition of lines. I have been the project manager of the comprehensive potable water supply plan for Tehran province for almost a year. My project team includes forty experts in various fields such as water distribution networks, mechanics, water resources management, demographics, society, and environment. I have considerable experience in both research and am an expert in water distribution network hydraulic studies. I believe this experience provides me with invaluable insight into the issues facing the water distribution network.
