As someone with a background in industrial engineering and experience in business process improvement, quality engineering as well as marketing research, I am excited to grasp the opportunity to expand my skill set and develop advanced data science techniques to become an excellent business analytics consultant. In particular, my research interests are using Natural Language Processing and Predictive Analytics for operational excellence. To gain an appreciation of these and related issues, I need to continue my education at higher levels than I did.
