As a master's student in chemical engineering, I have been specializing in modeling, simulation, and control. Over the past four years, I have been studying the process of direct reduction of iron oxide (DRI), with a particular focus on the MIDREX process. I also have experience doing industrial projects in two direct reduction units (Mega-module and 800 thousand tons). Currently, my main area of study is the green ironmaking and steelmaking.
In addition to my engineering studies, I have a strong background in artificial intelligence, having worked in different fields for the past five years. I am passionate about research, and I have written 7 Q1 papers and 3 conference papers as a first author and collaborated in 2 Q1 papers. I was honored to be selected as the winner of the Rah Neshan Elite Foundation competition for my work in designing and simulating thermal smart clothing. Furthermore, I was ranked first (Academic & Research) in the Chemical Engineering Faculty at the Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST).
I am skilled in programming languages such as Python and MATLAB, having worked on various process simulations, artificial intelligence, and process control projects. I have also completed projects using software tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Aspen Economic, and Aspen EDR. Additionally, I have experience working with CFD software, including COMSOL and ANSYS. My first article with COMSOL, which focused on the reduction of iron ore by H2, was based on my bachelor's thesis.
Beyond my academic and research pursuits, I am also passionate about photography and sports. I have been selected four times at the International Film and Photo Festival and had one of my pictures chosen by the Royal Palace Gardens Association of England. I was also a member of the university basketball team and participated in competitions.
