Mohammad Hossein YektaKooshali

I graduated in the discipline of radiology (B.Sc.) at GUMS and now I am working in this profession full-time at Razi Hospital in Rasht. Based on my interests and searching spirit, from the second semester of my bachelor's degree, I did research and join to research projects and tried to increase my knowledge and skills day by day. I am very interested in participating and collaborating with other researchers because I believe that participation and communication in any workshop, project, and individual can create a new experience for me and will increase my knowledge and skills, which I can make a completer and more excellent version of myself. One of the characteristics that I tried to create in myself is the multidisciplinary nature of research, which quickly adapts to research and increased my knowledge in that field. Due to my personal and research interest developed over the years, and the more research-oriented nature of biology-related fields, I changed my study direction to cellular and molecular biology for my master's degree. In this development, I participated in many workshops and improved my laboratory(practical/theory) and bioinformatics skills. My research interest is in cancer (esp. in my master thesis: Gastric Cancer), Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, and Meta-analysis. I learned Drug Design, Molecular Dynamics, Python Programming for Bioinformatics, R Programming for Bioinformatics, Molecular Docking, and Vaccine Design in Bioinformatics workshops. Also, DNA Extraction, Primer Design, PCR technique, Cell Culture, Molecular Genetics Laboratory Techniques, Genetic Engineering (Preliminary/Advanced), RT-PCR, Orientation and How to work in Clean Rooms, Cancer Cell, and Isolation, Flow Cytometry, Principles of Working with Laboratory Animals in Laboratory workshops. I drive Computer and software like ICDL(Word/PowerPoint/Excell), SPSS, R & R Studio (esp. bioinformatics), Python (esp. bioinformatics), Matrix Laboratory (Image Processing), VMD, NAMD, GaussView, Image J, Graphpad PRISM, Review Manager (for Meta-Analysis), Comprehensive Meta-analysis, EndNote and EndNote Web, Mendley, Adobe Photoshop. I had awarded a lot in research which Iranian notable researcher in the ministry of health and medical education was the last.
