Mohammad Shahabi

My name is Mohammad Hasan Shahabi and I am a recent medical gradute. During my seven-year tenure at Iran University of Iran from 2016 to 2023, I pursued a fully funded medical education. (which is ranked among the best universities in Iran) This comprehensive program encompassed over 290 units (covering a wide range of subjects such as, Microbiology, Physiology, Anatomy, Immunology, Biochemistry, pharmacology and more, including their respective laboratory components.) and two comprehensive examinations that are necessary to become a medical doctor in my country, including the medical basic sciences examination and pre-internship. Finally, I defended my dissertation in October 22, 2023. My thesis title was ‘Investigation between the myocardial infarction, the level of interleukin-6, and coagulation factors in COVID-19 hospitalized patients’. I found a significant difference between the amount of Inflammatory and coagulation factors and also interleukin-6 in cases and controls. My dissertation is currently under review for publishing in related journals. Furthermore, there is a project about the interplay between IL-6, also other coagulant factors and stroke in the contex of CVID-19 currently under arbitration.
