I graduated from TMU with a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics in 2022 (last year). And I also received my Master of Science in human genetics from SBMU. Both universities are among the best governmental universities in the country. During my Ph.D. thesis, with the help of bioinformatics analysis, I found a lncRNA overexpressed in different types of adenocarcinomas, including CRC. Therefore I investigated its function and expression in CRC. And in my Master's thesis, I compared the methylation status of a tumor suppressor gene p15 between coronary artery disease patients and healthy controls.
