Mojtaba Shams Nateri

Dr. Mojtaba Shams Nateri was born in Chalus, Mazandaran, IRAN, in 1986. He received B.Sc. degrees in Electronics from Islamic Azad University, Lahijan branch and received the M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Micro Electronic degrees from Babol Noshirvani University of Technology in 2012 and 2017 respectively. He is currently engaged in the study and fabrication of hydrophone and capacitive structure in clean room of Babol Noshirvani University of Technology, as a Postdoctoral Researcher. His research interests include Micro/Nano Electromechanical Systems (MEMS/NEMS), RF MEMS, MOEMS and BioMEMS and Nano Electronics.
