From a young age, I have always loved solving problems. I was that kid who would take apart everything just to understand how it worked, and this has led me to develop a curious and creative approach in my life. Today, I put these skills to use in work and overcome the challenges of Commerce. My degree in Italian and master's in International Affairs have provided me with a solid cultural and business foundation that allows me to easily navigate international contexts and relate to people from different cultures. I strongly believe that the key to success is the ability to listen and understand people's needs, and it is this approach that I bring to my work, with a special focus on interpersonal relationships. I am ready to serve the project of my clients, offering support, creativity, and a problem-solving approach that is out of the box. In recent years, I have realized that my strength lies in my ability to think analytically, with great attention to detail and organization. In my work in Supply Chain, where it's essential to develop plans and strategies, I have learned to approach problems in a methodical and systematic way, always evaluating every variable and seeking efficient solutions. But I don't believe that analysis is enough: my best strength is also having a creative and innovative approach, capable of finding solutions beyond the traditional. This mix of methodology and creativity has allowed me to successfully tackle many challenges and makes me a reliable ally for any project. My favorite hobby outside of work is backpacking, especially in those places with cultures different from the one I grew up in. I find that it allows me to break away from the daily routine and immerse myself in new environments. I enjoy challenging myself physically and mentally, tackling difficult or long-lasting trails. Additionally, trekking gives me a way to connect with nature and appreciate the beauty of open space. But the thing I love most about trekking is the opportunity to make new acquaintances and discover other perspectives on the world. I have visited remote sites around my country, where I have met all kinds of people and experienced unique foods and experiences. These trips have allowed me to appreciate cultural diversity and have enriched me as a person.
