In 2016, I passed a Master degree with a specialization in business management from Islamic Azad University-Central Tehran branch in the City of Tehran. I was in general among the good students in my classes. Furthermore, I was privileged to be the only student of my department who did university projects as operational with the companies. I studied effect of innovation on the performance of supply chain management in PARS KHODRO Co, which is the first automotive maker in Iran from 1956. While writing my thesis, I personally went to the loading and unloading locations to collect the data. The main purpose of my thesis is to investigate the impact of innovative activities on the performance of supply chain management in Pars Khodro Company. This research is among the applied researches in terms of purpose and is a descriptive survey research in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the research is the employees of Pars Khodro Company. The sampling method is simple random through which the data collection tool, namely the research questionnaire, is randomly distributed among the employees of Pars Khodro Company. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS and Smart-PLS software and the research hypotheses were investigated using structural equation modeling. The results of the research showed; Innovative activities have a significant impact on internal integration, supplier integration and customer integration in the supply chain. The effect of internal integration, supplier integrity and customer integration in the supply chain on supply chain performance was also confirmed. Aside from the favorable learning environment of the Islamic Azad University, I most enjoyed its academic freedoms and active pluralism. Moreover, I attended many academic activities, such as lectures and debates, which served to further my interest in business and industrial. Equally important, I had the opportunity to raise challenging questions to internationally known scholars. After graduating, I was started to attend in professional training course e.g.: customs affairs, warehousing management, international contracts and foreign purchasing management in industrial management institute of Iran. By studying at this programs, I became acquainted with standard business practices and gained a deeper appreciation of the supply chain management framework in the Iran and outside.
