Saman Shangapour

Saman Shangapour is a PhD holder in civil structural engineering at Kharazmi University, Tehran, Iran. He is highly educated and skilled in his profession structural designing practice, construction and research as well as computer programming. He has lots of experience in designing, construction and project managing of different and special structures. He is a man with innate abilities and a technical expertise in finding innovative solutions to ease daily life. Recently, he took part and won ‘Cities for Our Future Competition’ in UK which talks about re-purposing public spaces outside the office hours to provide safe and sustainable homeless accommodation. As for his aims and professional career, he focused on protecting the environment through new green structures with renewable energy systems to maintain our only beloved home planet earth. So he designed new places and shelters which benefit from green energy and producing oxygen. Through this novel idea he won Denmark Startup Program from Danish Business Authority in January 2019. Also, he is very eager to help people communicate through social networks so they can be more connected and share ideas and histories together with no limitations or boundaries no matter what their age, gender or nationality is. So, in the late 2019, his startup was accepted by Portugal Startup Program (IAPMEI) and now he is working on MentaNota, an app that is able to store and share memories as documents on social networks.
