I'm an engineer who seeks improve efficiency by learning all standards for specialized field of work plus my academic experiences and researches and in order to do that, I did: 1. Research on business strategies and find the correct ones 2. Identifying: weaknesses , strengths , threats , opportunities 3. Giving coefficient and rank to them and using SWOT matrix 4. Interviewing supervisors of production and consultation with factory management for 5. Choosing the right major strategy and strategic solutions 6. Giving indicators for strategic solutions 7. Interviewing supervisors of production and consultation with factory management 8. Targeting the goals with risk analysis 9. Monitoring measurement of indicators by Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 10. Using Pareto charts for KPI 11, Medium term planning for goals for each job unit 12. Finding flaws in the way of doing work and monitoring the correctness of doing it 13. Follow up on customer satisfaction and complaints (CRM) 14. Run a root cause analysis (RCA) with Pareto 15. Finding the root of the basic problem that caused the customer's complaint 16. Research on enterprise resource planning (ERP) softwares for better monitoring and reports 17. Visiting project-oriented companies to find new and updated ways of doing work in the company Finally, I am looking for new career opportunities to learn more and use my experience to improve the efficiency of the entire organization, opportunities that will take my work more seriously and leave my hands open for further research and development.
