I graduated in Strategic Management from the School of Management, Kharazmi University, Tehran, Iran. My research interests include crisis management, organizational learning, and organizational resiliency in tourism. I did the master's thesis entitled "Investigation of the Effects of the Corona Crisis on tourism agencies with an Emphasis on Learning and Resilience of these agencies" using a qualitative method. I had two collaborations with my supervisor Dr. Ghaderi in chapters of the books "Organizational Learning in Tourism and Hospitality Crisis Management" and "Changing Practices of Tourism Stakeholders in Covid-19 Affected Destinations". In my undergraduate degree, I researched "Evaluation of factors affecting the e-business model of Mazandaran food industry exporting companies". Also, I have experience working in a tourism service company. I have been responsible for planning and implementing nature tours for two years.
