My academic background in mechanical engineering at the master's level has equipped me with skills in mathematical modeling. My research interests are: 1. Physiological based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling approaches, the concept of digital twins in medicine, personalized medicine, theranostics, the coupling of PBPK, quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP), and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) models with convection-diffusion-reaction (CDR) equations. 2. The application of Convolutional Neural Network Deep Learning (DL) and Vision Transformers (ViT) methodologies in the field of image processing in oncology. 3. Using mathematical models to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the tumor microenvironment and delivery of naniparticle into tumors.
