I have good experience in various fields of food science, including food inspection, food assurance, and food and drug laboratories.
Also, I have worked as the Technical Vice President in a food and drug laboratory for six years, where I developed strong skills in quality control for food, beverages, and cosmetics, as well as in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
I am particularly interested in food safety management systems, including ISO22000, HACCP, and ISO IEC/TEC 17025.
I have participated in several educational courses related to these topics and have conducted research, presenting over 20 articles at national and international conferences.
