This is Hamed Charkhian; I was born on May 31, 1987, in Urmia, Iran. I studied "bachelor of Cellular and Molecular Biology" due to my interest and curiosity in biological structures and their mechanisms of actions, in 2006 (Islamic Azad University of Urmia). Because of the interest in learning, voluntarily, I got my first experience (practical training) interacting with patients during my bachelor studies at the well-known Dr. Nemati Medical Diagnosis and Pathology Laboratory, then continued at the Medical Diagnosis and Pathology Laboratory of Imam Khomeini University Hospital.
In 2013, I continued my education life in master of Biotechnology (I.A.U.U) and for more understanding about blood and drug, I took courses in Blood Transfusion Organization and Keyhan Darou Pharmaceutical co. Since I have always intended to learn new techniques and methods, I did my thesis at the School of Pharmacy (Urmia University of Medical Science), and finally to supplement training courses and do further studies about cancer, immunology, biotechnology, applied microbiology (anti-cancer protein and antibacterial peptides), and nanotechnology, I continued my training at the School of Medicine (U.U.M.S). About two years ago, during a trip to Turkey, I visited six universities and two hospitals. During these visits, I visited the section of children with cancer at Istanbul University Institute of Oncology Çapa. The atmosphere and the weird feeling which I experienced there motivated me to tap on cancer research and the field of treatment. I am profoundly keen on laboratory based scientific exploration, for this reason, at that time, I suggested several subjects that three of my proposals were accepted. Also, I was invited to participate in several research projects. At the moment, I study about microbiota and viral diseases, nanotechnology and drug delivery, antimicrobial resistance and cancer.
For me, humans and their life are very important and valuable. I believe, knowledge and science are the only way to save human from illnesses and other different problems. I believe that all of us should be useful and effective people in the soceirty and untie the knot of human problems, so that our lives find meaning. Accordingly, my greatest aim is to constitute a very large international complex consisted of hospital, university and research centers, in order to educate, research and train capable researchers and managers in the field of health whom can help other people in all over the world.
