Helale Sadeghi

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the University of Guilan and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Mohaghegh Ardabili University. I have over three years of experience as a university lecturer, currently teaching at the National University of Skills, Dr. Moein Girls' College in Rasht, and Mirza Kuchak Technical College in Sowme’eh Sara. I also serve as a physical education teacher at a private vocational high school. Previously, I worked as a fitness and bodybuilding coach for three years and hold an official Level 3 coaching certification. I also have experience working for one year as a receptionist at a beauty clinic, and I recently started a new role as a dental assistant. My skill set includes proficiency in Microsoft Office, GraphPad Prism, and SPSS. I have passed a certified First Aid and CPR course with the Iranian Red Crescent Society. I also have hands-on academic experience with intraperitoneal injections, ovariectomy surgery, and rodent dissection in laboratory settings. With strong communication skills and a multidisciplinary background, I’m passionate about bridging the fields of education, wellness, and healthcare through applied knowledge and continuous learning.
