I am very enthusiastic and eager to get familiar with the cutting-edge laboratories available at your university. Through your research-intensive program, I would be able to broaden my technical knowledge in the Biochemistry and biology fields. I am an independent, active person, so I am confident I will be able to meet the challenges during my research period under your kind supervision. The combination of my veterinary medicine background and this Ph.D. will benefit me in my quest to become an accomplished researcher. Additionally, I believe that this program will be a significant step in both my professional and personal development. I hold a doctorate in veterinary medicine (DVM) from University of Shahrekord in Iran. My DVM's thesis was about the design, synthesis, bioinformatics and biological evaluation of novel 1- phthalimidyl-1-(2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5-yl-]-methane as antimicrobial, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory activity, and antioxidant effects: MD, molecular docking. I am currently documenting the results of this project in a manuscript that I will submit for publication. In addition to my thesis, I am working on international projects, including a project between DFG (German Research Foundation) and INSF (Iran National Science Foundation), which is about identifying and screening host-induced antigens of Mycobacterium avium ssp. paratuberculosis as potential vaccine candidates, as well as docking and molecular dynamics study of pharmaceutical plant-based compounds against COVID-19. Exploring Biomarkers and Drug Targets for Personalized Medicine in Lung Adenocarcinoma (LUAD) Using High-Dimensional Machine Learning Algorithms, Bioinformatics Methods, and Docking Tools to Predict Ordinal Responses Attending national and international conferences played an important role in my determination to become more involved in research.
