Vahid Khorramsahahi

I believe the future of electronics will change to benefit mankind with the development of more precise and reliable products, and I would like to contribute my effort to the improvements. I am a research scientist working on electronic material development. I have fabricated semiconductor metal oxide (SMOX) gas sensors and photodetectors. Currently, I am studying the effect of vacuum annealing on the performance of SMOX gas sensors. I am also eager to start new fields of study such as soft electronics or biosensors. My colleagues and my students know me as a creative, hard-working, and inspiring individual with an attitude to learn more.
